Give me the exact number of guests, children included, in your first message. A flat listed for 8 means 8 real beds, not 8 people squeezed in. If there are 9 or 10 of you, I will bring in a folding bed, but I need to know beforehand, not at 11pm on arrival night.
And for summer, do not look at prices first, look at what is left. In July, the large family flats and the villas with pools have been booked since March.
